In-game account deletion
Open the account page → Delete account → Continue deletion confirmation → Permanently delete current account. This permanently removes the current online account, collection, progress, cans and associated ranking data. You can cancel before confirmation.
Check the result and limitations
Wait for Account deleted. If pending, use Check deletion result; do not clear app data. No replacement account is automatically created after success; starting again needs your confirmation. Apple-linked accounts require Apple authentication to verify the account and revoke authorization. If authentication is cancelled or deletion is blocked, retry or contact support@catbeatz.com; do not assume deletion succeeded.
Records that may remain
Deletion, security, necessary transaction-deduplication/refund records and existing backups may be retained separately. Backup expiry is not unified and removal of every copy within 30 days is not guaranteed. See Privacy for details and requests. Account deletion is not a refund request; Apple handles refunds.
Cannot sign in?
Explain the issue to support@catbeatz.com. We will verify account ownership before acting. Never send passwords or verification codes. Uninstalling, signing out or clearing local data does not delete a server account. This website has no deletion form collecting credentials.
